Journey to where I want to be June 10th
I was not seriously overweight. Just packing around an extra 15 pounds for the last decade (or so). That I was (and am) tired of carrying. I'm down 11 pounds (154). I want to weigh 145 with a leeway to no higher than 150. I've noticed as I lose weight that I haven't lost it in my waist as much as in my face, arms, behind...all fine, but I want that middle/now senior age spread to go away. I am using weight watchers online program, which I really like, and a fitbit. I am adding something new which is doing weekly meal planning. I already plan out my whole day but this will help me from over buying when I'm hungry (I'm always hungry) in the store. I tend to stock my frig with all kinds of vegies and condiments, some of which I find hard to get to. So planning will help
